Custom transfers are made to order from your artwork, so they are final sale. Damaged or incorrect orders are made right.
DTF custom transfers are printed to order from the file you submit. They are non-refundable and non-returnable, including for poor resolution, misspellings, backgrounds you left in the artwork, or any other mistake in the submitted file. Please be sure of your file before purchasing.
We do not edit artwork or remove backgrounds. The way you send it is the way it prints.
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away at hqcustoms@yahoo.com or (956) 622-5011 if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate it and make it right. Reports about defective, damaged, missing, or wrong items must reach us within 3 days of receiving the order.
We cancel orders that infringe someone else's copyright or trademark. Submit only artwork you have the right to reproduce. A canceled order is refunded in full.
Unprinted blanks and supplies may be returned if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us first — returns must be approved before they are sent. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
