Turnaround
Turnaround varies with the size of the run and the current queue. Contact us for current turnaround before placing a time-sensitive order, and we will give you a straight answer before you pay.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days.
Tracking and risk of loss
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the merchandise is handed to the carrier.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover the return postage.
